Frequently asked questions

Do I lose quality when rotating?
In PNG, rotation is lossless. In JPEG there's a tiny re-compression (quality 92) that you can't see by eye.
Can I straighten a crooked photo?
Yes. Open the advanced options and type the exact angle, e.g. 3 or -2.5. The image is widened so nothing is cropped, and the corners turn white (JPG) or transparent (PNG).
Can I rotate several photos at once?
Yes. Add as many as you like and download everything in a zip.
Do the photos leave my device?
No. Everything runs in your browser.
