Store Registration ›
Registration is the first step to place an order. Click "My Account" and enter your email.
You will receive a confirmation email with an activation link. After confirming, you can set your name, password, billing address and delivery address.
You only need to register once, after that, just sign in with your login details.
Shopping Basket and Coupons ›
Add items to your basket while browsing the site or using the search. If you have a discount coupon, apply the code in the basket before checkout.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times ›
Orders are dispatched after the respective payment is confirmed. Average delivery time is up to 8 business days.
Products are sent by CTT or another courier chosen by iOutlet, using registered shipping. During special periods (Black Friday, festive season), delivery times may increase.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete the order.

Discount coupons and vouchers can be applied in the basket before payment.
Warranty ›
The iOutlet commercial warranty is 24 meses on refurbished products and 18 meses on used products (Outlet). Manufacturer warranty applies to sealed new products. It can be extended for additional periods.
If a fault is covered by warranty, contact our support at [email protected]. These warranties are provided without prejudice to the applicable legal rights under current consumer legislation.
Returns ›
If a product has functional defects or does not match the stated classification, you have 14 dias from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
