Types of Defects

Outlet products can have two types of defects, always described on the product page:

Functional defects

They affect a specific functionality of the device. Examples: rear camera inoperative, Face ID inactive, Touch ID inactive, speaker with reduced volume, proximity sensor faulty. The rest of the device works normally.

Cosmetic defects

They affect only the exterior appearance. Examples: screen with visible marks or scratches, rear with deep scratches, frame with dents, damaged box. They do not affect the device’s operation.

Important: All defects are described on each product’s page before purchase. No surprises.

Who Is the Outlet For?

  • Anyone wanting the lowest possible price - accepts a defect in exchange for significant savings
  • Second device or work device - does not require cosmetic perfection for professional use
  • Someone using a case - cosmetic defects stay hidden and the device works perfectly
  • First smartphone for young people - functional device at minimal cost
  • Someone not using the affected functionality - Face ID inactive? Use a PIN code. Rear camera? Use the front camera.

Warranty and Returns

Outlet products include warranty that covers any defect not described on the product page. If the device presents a problem different from what was indicated, we suggest external workshops for repair or we replace it.

It has 14 days to return the product after receipt, without any justification. If the described defect does not match reality, the return is free.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do Outlet products work normally?

Yes, except for the specific functionality affected by the described defect. For example, an iPhone with "Face ID inactive" works perfectly in everything else, such as calls, apps, cameras and internet; all normal. Only Face ID does not work, using a PIN code as an alternative.

What types of defects can they have?

Functional defects (camera, Face ID, Touch ID, speaker) or cosmetic defects (scratches on the screen, dents in the frame, marks on the rear). Each defect is described on the product page with enough detail to make an informed decision.

Can I return an Outlet product?

Yes. You have 14 days to return it after receipt. If the actual defect does not match the description, the return is free and hassle‑free.

What is the difference between Outlet and Refurbished?

A refurbished product (Premium, A, B, C grades) works at 100% with no defects. An Outlet product has an identified functional or cosmetic defect, allowing a significantly lower price.

Do Outlet products have a warranty?

Yes. The warranty covers any defect that was not described on the product page. The identified defect at purchase is not covered, but any other issue is.
