Payment Methods
European payment, secure processing, instalments on eligible purchases.
Available Methods
iOutlet accepts the main European payment methods. The method available at checkout depends on the delivery country and the order value.

| Multibanco | Reference generated automatically, with a payment deadline. Once paid, the order is automatically sent for preparation. |
| MB Way | Instant payment by mobile. Confirm in the app and the order is reserved immediately. |
| Klarna | Payment in 3 instalments on eligible purchases. Instant approval at checkout. |
| FLOA Pay | Payment in 3x or 4x with a Visa or Mastercard. Subject to approval by FLOA BANK (BNP Paribas). |
| PIX | Instant payment for customers with a Brazilian bank account. |
| Bancontact | Belgium's native method, for customers with a Bancontact card. |
| iDEAL | Direct bank payment from the Netherlands, with Wero support. |
| EPS | Online bank transfer from Austria. |
| Przelewy24 | Online payment method from Poland. |
| BLIK | Payment using a 6-digit code for customers with a compatible Polish bank. |
Instalments (Klarna and FLOA)
On eligible orders, you can split the payment into 3 or 4 instalments with no added costs:
- Klarna, 3x: instant approval at checkout, first instalment taken at the time of purchase, the rest at monthly intervals.
- FLOA Pay, 3x or 4x: exclusively for payments with a Visa or Mastercard, subject to approval by FLOA BANK (BNP Paribas group).

Payment Security
iOutlet does not store card data. All card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider, with mandatory 3D Secure (SCA) authentication under European regulation PSD2. Multibanco, MB Way, Klarna and FLOA payments are processed directly by their respective authorised operators, without sharing bank credentials with iOutlet.
Order Reservation and Temporary Suspension
An order is only fully reserved after payment confirmation from the operator. For reference-based methods (Multibanco), the order remains on hold until the payment is detected.
For operational reasons, some methods may be temporarily suspended. Checkout only shows the methods available at the time of purchase.
