Before placing an order

Enter the address at checkout to confirm whether the destination is available, what the delivery charges are and what delivery conditions apply. The total is displayed before you place the order.

Order processing and tracking

The order is prepared after payment confirmation. When dispatch is recorded, the available tracking information is sent to the email associated with the order.

Receiving your order

When iOutlet arranges transport, the risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer at the moment when they, or a third party indicated by them who is not the carrier, physically receive the item.

If you detect any transport-related damage, report it as soon as possible and keep the packaging, photographs and anything else that may help the team assess the incident.
