What do iOutlet grades mean?

The grade describes only the external condition of a device. Functionality is shown separately in the Functionality field on the product page. The grade helps you compare signs of wear, but it does not replace the description, images and condition stated for the specific unit.

Grade scale used

The catalogue uses 7 grades, from best to worst appearance: Grade Premium, Grade A, Grade AB, Grade B, Grade BC, Grade C Plus and Grade C. Grades AB and BC describe conditions between the main levels. Not all grades are available for every model or category.

Grade	How to interpret
Grade Premium	Immaculate condition, no visible marks. The exterior is very close to new.
Grade A	Excellent: minor imperceptible marks.
Grade AB	Very good: slight signs of use. Falls between Grade A and Grade B; the spec sheet shows where the marks are.
Grade B	Good: signs of use on the chassis, visible on the exterior.
Grade BC	Acceptable: more evident marks. Falls between Grade B and Grade C.
Grade C Plus	Functional: moderate visible marks. The listing identifies the relevant condition for the unit.
Grade C	Functional: significant marks, better price. Read the description and view the available images before buying.

The grade does not describe everything

Two devices with the same grade may have marks in different places. The grade also does not allow you to assume battery life, included accessories, or a function that is not described.

When an offer belongs to the used Outlet line, the listing may identify a specific functional or aesthetic characteristic. This information takes priority over a generic interpretation of the grade.

How to compare two offers

1. Confirm it is the same model, capacity and configuration.
2. Compare the grade, description and unit images.
3. Check the offer condition: refurbished or used Outlet.
4. Review the included accessories, current price, stock and warranty.
5. If a mark or feature affects your decision, ask for clarification before buying.

Technical tests and battery

The grade is an exterior classification. Technical verification is a separate step and varies by category and model functions. On devices with a battery, the battery is tested with professional diagnostic software.

Actual battery life depends on the unit condition, network, brightness, apps, peripherals and settings. It should not be inferred from the grade alone.

Warranty and returns

Refurbished devices include a 24-month warranty. Devices identified as used Outlet include 18 months. The period depends on the offer line, not the exterior grade.

For an online purchase, you may cancel the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt. Read the product sheet and the applicable terms before buying.
