What do iOutlet grades mean?
The grade mainly describes the exterior condition of a device. It helps compare usage levels, but does not replace the description, images, and condition stated on the device’s product page.
Grade scale used
The offer may show the designations Premium, A, AB, B, BC, C+ and C. The intermediate positions AB and BC allow describing conditions between the main levels. Not all grades are available for all models or categories.

The grade does not describe everything
Two devices with the same grade may have marks in different locations. The grade should also not be used to presume battery life, included accessories or a function not described.
When an offer belongs to the used Outlet line, the product page may identify a specific functional or aesthetic characteristic. This information takes priority over a generic interpretation of the grade.
How to compare two offers
- Check that it is the same model, capacity and configuration.
- Compare the grade, description and images of the device.
- Check the condition of the offer: refurbished or used Outlet.
- Review the included accessories, current price, stock and warranty.
- If a brand or function is decisive, request clarification before purchase.
Technical tests and battery
The grade is an external classification. Technical verification is a separate step and varies according to the category and functions of the model. For devices with a battery, iOutlet carries out an analysis with technical software.
Actual battery life depends on the condition of the device, the network, brightness, applications, peripherals and settings. It should not be inferred solely from the grade.
Warranty and return
Refurbished devices come with a 24-month warranty. Used devices in the Outlet category come with an 18-month warranty. The duration depends on the offer line, not on whether the exterior grade is Premium, A, B or C.
For an online purchase, you may cancel the contract within 14 calendar days after receipt. Read the product page and applicable conditions before purchasing.
