Your iPhone, iPad or Mac giving you trouble? Apple offers several support options in the UK, and each one suits a different type of issue. See which resolves your situation fastest.
Apple support options in the UK
- Online support: the website support.apple.com/en-gb has product-specific guides for software issues, backups and settings. From there you can request contact with the Apple team when the guide isn't enough.
- Phone support: Apple has a support line in the UK. Check the number and hours on the support website before calling, because Apple updates them there.
- In-person repair: Portugal does not have an Apple Store. To repair the device with genuine Apple parts, take it to an Apple Authorised Service Provider. You can find the list on the Apple Support website.

iOutlet does not carry out repairs or provide technical support for devices purchased from other retailers. If the problem persists
- Restart the device. This resolves a good proportion of temporary issues.
- Update the software: Settings → General → Software Update.
- Reset settings: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset All Settings. Your data remains intact.
- Contact support: Apple Support or an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
