The price you see is the price you pay
Anyone who has bought technology from abroad knows the routine: the order arrives in the country, gets held up in customs and only leaves after you pay fees that were not shown at checkout.
On iOutlet, the checkout shows the three components before you confirm:
- The price of the device, the same as a customer pays in Portugal;
- DHL shipping, quoted to your address at the time of purchase;
- Import duties and your country's VAT, estimated using DHL's tariff base.
We charge everything at purchase and handle customs clearance for you. Upon delivery, you receive the device with no further payment.
How it works
- Choose your refurbished iPhone at ioutlet.pt;
- In the checkout, fill in the delivery address in Angola or Mozambique, with city, province and telephone;
- Enter the recipient's tax ID in the "Additional Information" section. Your country's customs require this detail;
- Pay by bank transfer. Bank details appear at the end of the purchase and in the confirmation email;
- Once payment is confirmed, the order is sent via DHL with a tracking number.
What you can buy
In this initial phase, refurbished iPhones, from the iPhone 8 Plus to the iPhone 13 Pro Max, with a 24-month warranty and condition classification: Grade A (Like New), Grade B (Excellent) or Grade C (With marks). We will expand the list to more models and brands.
