Is there a limit on files or size?
We set no limit. As everything runs in your browser, the only limit is your device's memory.
Is the page order kept?
Yes. The PDFs are merged in the order you add them, with every page from each one.
Are the files sent to a server?
No. The merge happens on your device; nothing is uploaded.
