About Us: iOutlet | Refurbished Technology with Warranty Included
Last updated: July 2026
The Portuguese refurbished technology brand, with direct sales and warranty.
What is iOutlet?
iOutlet is a Portuguese company founded in 2017, specialising in the online sale of refurbished technology. We work with iPhone, MacBook, iMac, iPad, Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy, Xiaomi and Google Pixel. Refurbished devices include a 24-month warranty and used devices from the Outlet range include an 18-month warranty.
We are a brand of ILOVEDIGITAL Unipessoal Lda., based in Coimbra. The operation is exclusively online and serves customers in Portugal and other European markets through their respective local stores.
How does our refurbishment process work?
Each device is inspected and tested before being listed for sale:
- Functional tests: screen, biometrics, cameras, microphones, sensors, connectivity, buttons and ports.
- Battery diagnostics: analysis of condition, cycles and capacity using specialised technical software.
- Secure data erasure: factory reset and removal of previous accounts.
- Functional replacement: components that do not pass the tests are replaced when necessary.
- Cleaning and sanitisation: preparation of the chassis, screen and ports before delivery.
- Transparent grading: clear identification of the cosmetic condition of each device. The catalogue uses 7 grades, from best to worst appearance: Grade Premium, Grade A, Grade AB, Grade B, Grade BC, Grade C Plus and Grade C. The grade describes only the exterior condition of a device. Functionality is shown separately, in the Functionality field of the product page.
Why buy from iOutlet?
We are not a marketplace. We are responsible for the products we sell, from inspection through to after-sales warranty.
- Warranty: 24 months on refurbished and 18 months on used products from the Outlet range.
- 14 days for returns: return within the applicable period.
- Online operation: direct sale through iOutlet online stores.
- Local experience: content and purchase journey adapted to each published market.
Technology with a second life
Choosing a refurbished device extends its useful life and supports resource reuse and the circular economy.
