What is iOutlet?
iOutlet is a Portuguese company founded in 2017, specialising in the online sale of refurbished technology. We work with iPhone, MacBook, iMac, iPad, Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy, Xiaomi and Google Pixel. Refurbished devices come with a 24-month warranty. Used devices in the Outlet category come with an 18-month warranty.
We are a brand of ILOVEDIGITAL Unipessoal Lda., based in Coimbra. The operation is exclusively online and serves customers in Portugal and other European markets through their respective local stores.
How does our refurbishment process work?
Each device is inspected and tested before being offered for sale:
- Functional tests: screen, biometrics, cameras, microphones, sensors, connectivity, buttons and ports.
- Battery diagnosis: analysis of condition, cycles and capacity using specialised technical software.
- Secure data deletion: factory reset and removal of previous accounts.
- Functional replacement: components that fail testing are replaced when necessary.
- Cleaning and sanitisation: The casing, screen and ports are cleaned before delivery.
- Transparent classification: Clear identification of the cosmetic condition of each device.
